Public, statically-hosted privacy policies and terms of use for zcode iOS apps. Served by GitHub Pages at https://cyoncode.github.io/legal/.
These pages exist because Apple requires every app that offers auto-renewable subscriptions to link a functional privacy policy and terms of use (EULA) from both the App Store listing and the in-app paywall (App Review Guideline 3.1.2), and requires a working privacy policy URL for every app (Guideline 5.1.1).
| App | Bundle ID | Privacy | Terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| JamDrill: Daily Chord Practice | com.zcode.jamdrill |
/jamdrill/privacy/ | /jamdrill/terms/ |
| WordHop: Kids Phonics Match | com.zcode.wordhop |
/wordhop/privacy/ | /wordhop/terms/ |
- Static and dependency-free. Plain HTML plus one local stylesheet. No JavaScript, no web fonts, no CDN, no analytics. A privacy policy page that itself phones home would be self-defeating.
- Accurate to the code. Every factual claim on these pages was verified against the app source before publication — dependency manifests, network symbol searches, tracking/SDK searches, and the actual on-device storage models. If the code changes, these pages must change with it.
- Stable URLs. These addresses are embedded in App Store Connect metadata and compiled into shipped app binaries. Do not rename or move a directory once its URL has been submitted to Apple; add a redirect instead.
- Create
<slug>/privacy/index.htmland<slug>/terms/index.html. - Link
/legal/assets/legal.css. - Verify the claims against that app's source before publishing.
- Add the app to
index.htmland to the table above. - Confirm both URLs return HTTP 200 before recording them anywhere.
