This PR implements the following requirements:
Additionally, to simulate a hook - I have provided an API that has aggressive rate limiting to simulate rate limiting errors.
I've provided instructions in Readme. If there is anything unclear, please let me know.
Note: Because Google Workspace does not recognize Kosovo's phone numbers, I was unable to get some actual integration credentials, but I've used Mock data instead.
