Currently the more articles link of the Campus News block says "Read more at CU Boulder Today" since that's where the link goes to. However, the Chancellor made a request for it to say something different.
Let's make the link text configurable, but have the default value still be "Read more at CU Boulder Today", and if the link text is left blank, do not display the link at all.
