Goal
Polish two InkPanel Mini 1.54-inch / 200×200 layouts based on physical-preview feedback.

Mini renderer only. No changes to the 7.5-inch renderer, firmware, WebFlash/provisioning, schemas, profiles, data-source logic, Octopus pricing logic, or Bins calculations.
Validation
CI run #239 on commit
6e7800c58da0806870c970cd913058aa837df651passed typecheck, Node/browser tests, timezone matrix, golden renderer, and both firmware-target builds.
