Makes the static README version badge part of the release step so it can't drift from the shipped version: - ci.yml gains a `version-badge` job that extracts DIX_VERSION (waveform.c) and the README `badge/version-…` value and fails the build if they differ. - scripts/bump-version.sh <version> updates both the DIX_VERSION macro and the README badge in one shot (BSD/GNU-sed portable), so releasing = one command + CI red if you forget.
