workflow_dispatch workflows are only dispatchable if the file exists on the default branch, so this must land on main before the translate proxy image can be published. On AMD Ryzen 9 PRO 8945HS (Radeon 780M, gfx1103) systems, lspci reports the device string as HawkPoint1 without spaces. Update the grep regex in install_nomad.sh to match Hawk ?Point ?[0-9]? so the .nomad-amd-gfx marker is properly created as gfx1103 instead of falling back to CPU.
Fixes #1383
