Description
Add documentation in the IUF documentations not to delete PE images before rolling reboots of NCN worker nodes as it might results in misalignment of iSCSI LUN indexes which leads to LUN remapping and I/O errors. Instead added documentation to safely delete the PE images before worker node upgrade (management-node-rollout of worker nodes with rebuild).
