The note book records how the data vectors are measured, and also related parameters used in covariance matrix calculation. If anyone wants that, please contact me.

Multiple features are included in the
mainbranch but not in theCMB_bpbranch, and now themainbranch is the branch we should use for DES Y1 x Planck chains. To avoid confusion, I suggest merging theCMB_bpbranch into themainone and deletingCMB_bp. I've manually checked that all the features in theCMB_bpbranch are included in themainone. The only difference between the two branches is the data files and YAML files. I'll clean up the data files to make them consistent and concise in the near future.
