Code Review

This pull request adopts SpecSync 5.0.1 and Trust 1.0.0 governance for the Localnet Fledge plugin, introducing configuration files, skill guides, verification tasks, and deterministic requirement IDs. The reviewer feedback highlights the need to clean up generic paths in .specsync/sdd.json to match the actual repository structure, remove redundant empty headers in the skill markdown files, and restructure the acceptance criteria in the migration change files for better readability and consistency.

Important

The consumer version of Gemini Code Assist on GitHub is being sunset. Starting June 18, 2026, new organization installations will be blocked, and all code review activity will officially cease on July 17, 2026.
For more details on the timeline and next steps, please review the Help Documentation.
