Bump version to 1.8.0 and document new idempotency features: - Add idempotencyKey option to RequestOptions for mutation endpoints - Export IDEMPOTENCY_KEY_HEADER and IDEMPOTENT_REPLAYED_HEADER constants - Document 24-hour deduplication window and 409 conflict handling - Update SDK_VERSION constant and package.json version
