Overview
Updates the shared
install_linux_swig4step used by x86-64 and ARM64 Linux jobs so native BLST Java bindings compile against a newer SWIG.Dependency change:
libpcre3/libpcre3-devis replaced withlibpcre2-dev, matching SWIG 4.4.x’s PCRE2 requirement.Version bump: SWIG is fetched and built from v4.4.1 (was v4.0.2), including updated archive paths and extract directory names.
