Resolves the merge conflict that blocked the auto-generated promotion PR. Single content conflict (appinfo/info.xml version line) resolved in favor of beta — this IS a release-to-beta promotion.

Replaces the auto-generated PR #1 (which was DIRTY). Single content conflict on appinfo/info.xml version resolved in favor of beta.
