Per reference_conduction-brand-hex.md, canonical cobalt is #21468B (Dutch flag blue, --c-blue-cobalt); #4376FC is the LEGACY hex retired 2026-05-13. The earlier fleet sweep updated img/app-store.svg but missed the docs-site assets. This PR closes that gap.
