Adds a full docs site on @conduction/docusaurus-preset 2.6.1 — deskdesk.conduction.nl, brand / landing, journeydoc tutorial scaffold (9 skeletons + capture-spec stubs), the shared reusable documentation workflow triggering on
main. Replaces the app-template stub workflow. Build verified locally.
