Hydrogen-Bond

The code generates Hydrogen Bond strength based on the Geometric criteria given by Luzar and Chandler.

The code could be run using the PIZZA package developed by SANDIA LAB's.

The usage will be -> python2.7 pizza.py -f Hbro.py
