Configure Paseo worktree setup and development commands, and refresh the existing dependency lockfile so CI's unchanged security audit accepts the installed packages. The update stays within package.json version ranges and does not change application code or audit thresholds.
What this changes
How it was checked
On Windows with Node 24.18.0 and npm 12.2.0:
npm ci --ignore-scripts,npm run typecheck, npm test(34 tests),npm run build, npm run smoke:qr, andnpm audit --audit-level=highall passed. The final audit reports zero vulnerabilities. Paseo schema and shell syntax checks also passed. Full fresh-VM lifecycle execution was not run; hosted Node 22/24 checks are pending.Prior work
Searched existing audit issues/PRs. #1 addresses application audit snapshots, while #3 covers destination editing; neither covers this dependency-audit failure. No duplicate PR was opened.
