Task

Take CTX-1, DICT-2, and FEAT-19 to genuine Done. For each: read the current golden.md note, find the remaining gap, implement the wx-free core (and source-contract-tested UI wiring where applicable), and add focused tests.

Honesty

• If any of the three has a real runtime blocker (for example a backend that cannot run on Linux), leave that one honestly "In progress" with an accurate note instead of marking it Done. Never fabricate Done.

Constraints

• Keep quill/core and quill/io wx-free and strict-mypy clean ("Success: no issues found").
• Validate UI wiring via source-contract tests (no live wx).
• Reconcile golden.md tracker + living lists; regenerate golden.html.

@accesswatch Unfortunately, I hit an error while trying to use the custom Copilot setup steps configured for this repository and had to close this PR. The error I am seeing is:

failed to unmarshal copilot-setup-steps.yaml: yaml: line 43: mapping values are not allowed in this context
