fix(partner-mcp): remove broken waitlist link, clarify private testing status

The Partner MCP page had a broken [Sign up for the waitlist](#) link that does nothing when clicked. The feature is in private testing and not publicly available yet.

• Removed the dead waitlist link from all 4 languages (EN/ZH/JA/KO)
