Updated the dashboard page and removed background from Navbar

Following updates:

• Removed the Background from navbar as it wasn't needed, background from body was sufficient.
• Made a new chart called WeekChartDotted to fit the figma design.
• Made some new components like ValuesCard , LinksCard and a new component type called tables under that LinksTable.
• Added new background images in public directory for dashboard called dark-bg-dashboard.svg and light-bg-dashboard.svg.
