[Release] v2.1.1 伺服器啟動腳本記憶體同步修復與介面互動體驗改善 - #86

- 工具入口收斂：檔案/磁碟操作統一至 SafeFileSystem、行程監控改經 IServerRuntime.GetWorkingSet64()、UI 互動統一至 IUiService。 - 架構解耦：抽取 IServerDirectorySizeService 與 IServerIntegrityService，移除孤兒型別。 - UI 與效能最佳化：伺服器資訊區改為橫向平均分攤、補齊 DataGrid 行虛擬化回收與字串陣列快取。 - 編碼與品質保證：修復文字編碼異常，全數通過 482 項測試且 Release 建置 0 警告 0 錯誤。
- 修復記憶體設定未寫入 start_server.bat 與匯入 20G 誤判為 2G 的問題 - 修正管理頁面記憶體顯示未同步刷新，並新增執行中動態切換停止按鈕 - 修復建立伺服器進度條未等比推移至 100% 的顯示問題 - 改善伺服器監控按鈕啟用狀態與停用半透明視覺回饋
- 修正 validate-renovate.yml 改用 npx 執行設定驗證 - 調整 .editorconfig 規則並提升專案版本至 2.1.1 - 新增 ServerLaunchTargetResolver 集中啟動目標解析，消除重複代碼 - 優化 SafeZipArchive 碰撞檢查為原生零配置走訪，統一入口與常數 - 修復記憶體設定寫入同步與建立伺服器進度條推進問題
