Updates logo/omg-network.svg and logo-dark/omg-network.svg with the same simplified artwork.

The SVG drops the white circular background and explicit fill styling, and tightens the viewBox to 0 0 249.4 249.1 so the mark is path-only and easier to theme on light vs dark surfaces (as shown in list.md).

Dark logo loses contrast

logo-dark/omg-network.svg drops the white circular plate and leaves the ring and OMG paths on the default black fill, identical to the light asset. On the dark #111 surface used for this variant, the mark has almost no contrast and is effectively unreadable.
