Overview
Replaces the USDD token artwork in logo/usdd.svg and logo-dark/usdd.svg with a new design. The icon moves from a 20×20 viewBox with a single detailed path to a 42×42 layout with layered paths (white outer ring, green #216c58 fill, stylized $ / USDD lettering, and decorative arc elements).

Light and dark variants use the same SVG in both folders; consumers still reference usdd.svg in crypto metadata and list.md with no path or filename changes.

Stale PNG logos left behind

The USDD SVGs were fully redesigned, but logo/usdd.png and logo-dark/usdd.png still exist and were not updated in this change. Clients that load the PNG variants will keep showing the old mark while SVG users get the new one, splitting branding across the same asset name.
