Description of the changes
Currently, Babel is returning an "unknown locale" because the Norwegian Bokmål language code is incorrect (this was identified in #70).
This Pull Request fixes this issue by replacing all instances of "no_NO" with "nb_NO", which is the correct code for Bokmål.
