npm install
npm run devThe frontend API helper normalizes VITE_API_URL or VITE_API_BASE_URL so calls always target a base ending in /api. If no environment variable is set, it uses same-origin /api for preview compatibility.
For optional local proxying, set VITE_API_PROXY_TARGET before running Vite. No localhost proxy target is hardcoded.
cd backend
python -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
uvicorn app.main:app --reloadSet DATABASE_URL to a Postgres connection string before starting the backend. The backend initializes the schema and seeds plans, a demo admin account, invoices, usage events, and a ticket on startup.
Demo admin credentials:
- Email:
admin@launchpilot.test - Password:
password123
The backend uses DATABASE_URL and Postgres-compatible SQL. See /backend/.env.example for required environment variables. Do not commit real .env secrets.
