fix(android): preserve sherpa JNI names through R8
Hoist full-screen media viewers above transcript rows so responsive portrait/landscape reflow cannot dismiss an active image, attachment, or gallery preview. Reset the host when its connection, session, or policy owner changes. Render video through Media3's fitted Compose content frame, retain playback position and controls across player recreation, and respect the user's system rotation preference. Release presentation was rendered through the focused What's New and changelog tests. Feature UI was reviewed in the implementation PRs. This promotion introduces no additional UI edits.
Compatibility / risk
Android is a stable patch. CLI+UI remains a beta and its tag is selected from the exact prepared dev source. Android publication promotes the immutable signed preflight APK/AAB and the same Play Production draft. No Plugin runtime release or service restart is included. Google Play review and storefront propagation remain external to the submission workflow.
