Updated the staff card component to match the new figma design
Briefly list the changes made to the code:

Ran the tests to make sure everything passed. Also looked at the staff card to ensure it visually matched the figma.

Currently, the props for title and image are optional, but I was wondering if the title should be required for every staff member?
