Airbnb Data Pipeline

This project builds an end‑to‑end data pipeline for Airbnb data, covering extraction, cleaning, transformation, loading, and exploratory analytics on listings, calendar, and reviews data. It demonstrates practical ETL, SQL schema design, and visualization skills using Python and popular data libraries.

  • Entire homes are priced at roughly 2x private rooms and about 3x shared rooms, showing a clear price gradient by room type.
  • Review counts do not always correlate with higher prices, suggesting that popularity and pricing are influenced by different factors.

These outputs are visualized using Matplotlib and Seaborn and can support pricing and supply‑demand decisions.
