Summary

  • Add the continuous BigQuery ingest, query, freshness, evidence, and cleanup runners.
  • Add provider-native Capacity and On-demand cost accounting with portable provenance.
  • Publish the accepted T2 evidence and automatic active-window ClickHouse matches.
  • Publish canonical standard and 5156×2900 pairwise charts.

Validation

  • 13 offline BigQuery tests pass.
  • Automatic matching preserves requested_count: null and relative paths.
  • All accepted JSON/JSONL and chart dimensions validate.

Stack

PR 5 of 7. Depends on PR 4 and is based on codex/snowflake-run14.
