You may have heard of Minestom, a highly customizable server library. However, unlike Bukkit style platforms you need to write code to build your server you can't simply install plugins like you can in Bukkit.
Endelith aims to bridge this gap: a fully customizable server that anyone can easily use to build servers especially without being tied to Mojang codebase.
Download the latest .jar from the Releases section and run it.
