Restores UIKit Apple zoom swipe-down dismissal by making the iOS painting viewer headerless while retaining Android's transparent Stack header.
Moves zoom-dismissal coordination into platform-specific viewer-image components, disables dismissal while zoomed, and reenables it only after the reset animation completes. Existing AppleZoom targets and native viewer toolbars remain unchanged.
Validated with
pnpm typecheck:app,pnpm test:app -- src/frontend/features/paintings --runInBand, and an iOS 26.4 simulator headerless A/B.
