Map wait progress fallbacks and stage glows from competitor lime (#c8ff3d / #7dffb3 / rgba 200,255,61) onto gallery copper board tokens (--grad-cta / --brand / rgba 196,165,116). Smoke-lock zero lime + copper accents in generate-360 / product-proof. Color only — no wait-stage product logic / progress timing / copy.
