AI Work System is the operating foundation that makes AI-assisted work safe, repeatable, economical, and cumulative. It is infrastructure for the Cognitive OS and other CasterlyGit projects—not a separate personal assistant.
- Paver — promotes repeated, verified work into mechanical capabilities and records privacy-redacted evidence. It is private while actively evolving.
- Trident — governs AI-work budget, routing, pacing, and correctness-preserving limits.
- Shed — carries forward approved lessons, context, and operational memory.
- Selfloop — runs bounded, safeguarded autonomous improvement cycles; it remains private while its safety model evolves.
The machine-readable component registry is the canonical membership and boundary map.
The AI Work System does not decide a person's goals or pretend to be a general agent. It provides the rails by which a goal can be executed, checked, learned from, and resumed without quietly expanding authority.
This repository is the public architectural home for the system. The components remain independently versioned because they have distinct safety and operational boundaries.
