Add support for Python 3.14

Dear ts2vg team,

Same as for the Python 3.13 before, I have made the same changes to add support for 3.14.

All pytests pass aswell with the update. I have left Python 3.9 in the supported python versions as it seems to be stable anyway.

Thanks for the contribution!
I've merged it and published it (also required upgrading the version of cibuildwheel).

Installing from PyPi for Python 3.14 should now work (let me know otherwise)
