Replace all instances of 'nanometer(s)' with the international spelling 'nanometre(s)' as defined by the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM), in _item_units_list.code, _item_units.code, and associated description texts. The duplicate 'nanometers' entry in the units list (base/mmcif_pdbx-data.dic) is removed since 'nanometres' already existed. Files in archive/, dist/, and previous/ are left unchanged as historical snapshots. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
