Ubuntu 的 Soak 原先对多目标测试项目直接运行
dotnet test，会启动 net48 并因缺少 mono 中止。本 PR 显式展开 Ubuntu net8.0/net10.0、Windows net8.0/net10.0/net48 五个组合，以-f选择唯一测试目标，保留全部有效覆盖。job 名、详细控制台日志、TRX 路径及 artifact 名均可定位目标；测试失败后仍尝试上传产物，非零退出继续使 job 失败。同步 CHANGELOG Unreleased。普通 ci.yml、必需检查名、业务断言、版本与在途 Dependabot 升级均未改动。
关联 #66，完整验收前保持 Issue 开放。#67 的长测业务失败独立跟踪。
验证：
dotnet build StreamFrame.slnx -c Release通过，0 警告 / 0 错误。dotnet test StreamFrame.slnx -c Release --no-build复核通过，三个框架各 101/101。首轮 net10 重连回归出现 Expected Connected / Actual Connecting；定点诊断复核通过，再原样全量运行通过。保留首轮失败证据，未修改业务代码或断言。普通运行中的 Soak 门控直接返回，不计作长测验收。待验收：Windows net48 短时运行结果；合并后首次 UTC 19:00 的 scheduled 600 秒完整夜间运行。已为本实施任务安排北京时间 2026-09-09 04:15 回查。分别判断目标选择正确性与业务稳定性；完整证据到齐前不关闭 #66。记录文件：
