docs: LOGO 资产对齐 social preview 定稿（波上穿环洞 + 渐变底） - #40

- 符号与横幅裸符号同构：青色波自左下低位上穿环洞（旧版下行穿过且洞内不显波）， 环壁加粗至约 21.5% 边长、洞圆角收小，底色改对角渐变 #1E1B4B → #3730A3 - 几何均取自 social-preview.png 像素实测（环 50% 画布、外圆角 23.3%、波粗 14.5% 环边、#20C8E2） - SVG 母版改真镂空洞（fill-rule=evenodd）+ 渐变 + 波出血裁切；PNG 为 2048 母版超采样重绘 - social preview 横幅本身不变；README 双语 raw 引用自动生效，NuGet 图标随下个版本发布
- pip 安装 resvg-py（resvg 的 Python 绑定，pnpm shim 本机损坏、npm 缺失故走 pip） - 4096 渲染后 LANCZOS 降采样出 512/128；几何与 PIL 版逐项一致（平均像素差 1.94）， 矢量抗锯齿边缘质量更优（陡斜段无台阶） - CHANGELOG 措辞同步：PNG 产出方式改为 resvg 栅格化

social-preview.png的设计满意，但docs/logo/下的其他 LOGO 与之不同构。本 PR 把整套图标资产改为 social-preview 去除文字后的同一符号。主要变化（几何均取自 social-preview.png 像素实测）
