GenerateDocumentationFile（已验证 nupkg 三目标均含 XML）\n- 以<inheritdoc />继承接口文档的方式补齐 49 处实现成员；构造器/常量等 9 处手写真实注释\n-TreatWarningsAsErrors+ CS1591 今后强制公共 API 必须有文档\n- 顺手修复文档正确性：类级注释里越作用域的 paramref、遮蔽歧义的 cref\n\n三框架 51×3 全绿。
