TargetFrameworks改为net8.0;net10.0；CI 装双 SDK、测试自动跑两个框架（各 51 项）System.Threading.Channels包引用移除（.NET Core 3.0 起内置共享框架，显式引用触发 NU1510）System.Threading.Lock（MA0158）netstandard2.0+ 兼容 shim + Windows net48 CI）随后验证
本地双框架构建 0 警告 0 错误；net8/net10 各 51/51 测试通过。
