发版提交：两个 csproj
<Version>2.6.0 → 2.7.0；CHANGELOG Unreleased 归档为[2.7.0] - 2026-10-15，补版本对比链接。打 tag 前完成归档（沿用 v2.6.0 流程），确保 release.yml 能从 CHANGELOG 提取 Release 正文而不是回退自动生成。
验证：
dotnet build -c Release0 警告 0 错误；dotnet test140+140+132 全绿（3 个 soak 按设计跳过）。合并后打
v2.7.0tag 触发 release.yml（版本校验 → 构建 → 测试矩阵 → GitHub Release → 推 nuget.org）。
