Allow to pass more parameters to the wrapper/layer approaches

Currently, only the execution space and the memory space can be passed. It would be better to allow to pass anything, and extract the parameters we want.

The idea could be extended to function parameters as well (in order not to re-implement all the signatures of the existing range policies).

Unfortunately, such a generic code proved to be non-trivial (double variadic template argument).
