Prepared by Anna Willoughby on August 27, 2022.

This repository provides data from the Fournié et al. (2015) Veterinary Research paper, Spatiotemporal trends in the discovery of new swine infectious agents, to make the interaction data available through Global Biotic Interactions (GloBI, http://globalbioticinteractions.org). These data were originally provided in the Additional File 1: "Characteristics of the new swine infectious agents", with primary references provided by the author, Dr. Guillaume Fournié via email request on 8/19/2022.
