The freeze workflow asserts CITATION.cff names the snapshot version, so this lands before the legacy re-freeze under Bifrost v0.10.8. v0.3.5 is the first legacy freeze under the superseding legacy-promotion-v2-balanced-core manifest and the first to measure the active v0.10.8 pin, aligning the legacy tier with the v2 tier's analyzer revision ahead of the v0.4.0 stratified publication.
