Major version bump skipping two major versions (15 to 17). No breaking API changes affecting this codebase - GoRoute, GoRouter, and context navigation methods are compatible. 943 unit tests pass, flutter analyze --no-fatal-infos exits 0.

Major version bump skipping two major versions (15 to 17). Replaces Dependabot PR #4 which conflicted with the rebrand.
No breaking API changes affecting this codebase. GoRoute, GoRouter, and context navigation methods used across 12 files are compatible with the 17.x API.
Verification: 943 unit tests pass, flutter analyze --no-fatal-infos exits 0.
