Universal response and Decision Map front door

What changed

Introduces the next FDE UX layer: one free-form input produces an immediate useful response and a live provisional Decision Map before the user is asked to complete the formal Decision Lab.

The map conservatively extracts only explicit patterns from user text and labels them as possible/draft. Missing structure routes to the existing guided Rescue flow. A formal Decision Lab handoff is available only when enough explicit structure exists; no missing objectives, choices, futures, scores, probabilities, evidence, or recommendations are invented.

Product intent

• one input instead of a multi-step front door
• immediate useful response for empty, messy, vague, urgent, and structured input
• persistent Decision Map showing possible decision, choices mentioned, what may matter, and what could change the answer
• questions become exceptions rather than the default workflow
• existing deterministic FDE comparison remains underneath
• human confirmation remains the boundary between provisional organization and formal decision inputs

Safety and privacy

• no backend, AI provider, telemetry, analytics, account system, or default upload
• browser-local session recovery only
• user text is rendered as inert text
• possible is not confirmed; the comparison informs; a person decides

Validation

This PR must pass the existing full repository gate plus the Universal Response unit coverage. Manifest and generated facts must be refreshed from the exact checked-out tree by the normal repository gate; CSP must remain strict.

Human gate

Remain Draft until the final candidate has passed human luxury UX review on desktop, mobile, System/Light/Dark, keyboard navigation, and the Universal Response → Decision Map → existing Lab transition.
