Dien Quang is an established lighting provider in Vietnam. I built a Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) router to connect its smart lights to beez-FM's building control server through an application programming interface (API), taking control beyond the wall switch. A LangChain agent reads building floor plans to configure lighting connections. The aim: near-instant, safe onboarding and lower customer acquisition cost (CAC), with a dedicated regional server per client and local system backups for continuity. I'm experimenting with Bubble Lab to turn natural language processing (NLP) into idempotent workflows (safe to retry without duplicating effects). Added AST-based tool detection over regex for more reliable entity and workflow parsing during visualisation and in-chat UI for highly sensitive actionstriggered by agent but sandboxed away from agent. Agent calls tool to let you do something highly sensitive but never seens anything about it in rest or in-transit. Convenience and security together, not a tradeoff. The aim: run predictable steps as code and call agents only when reasoning is needed. Fewer model calls, lower token costs, and more reliable execution.
