Webtools for Tapestry: an eclipse plugin for developping on Apache Tapestry, similar to WTP (Eclipse official Web Tools Platform, that doesn't cover Tapestry).
You can install the last snapshot from this update site:

It's updated after each commit (there's no stable release).
