Document that the site is served from the VPS dist/ and built locally; the automated deploy is broken at the SSH step (missing VPS_* secrets); npm needs --legacy-peer-deps; legacy server//website/ dirs removed; and record outstanding work (deploy secrets, mobile menu, screenshot, action versions, repo size, dep conflict).
