I had this idea before I heard about SCSS. It's basically a worse version of SCSS with a fun name. Go use that instead :P
Mathematically-Augmented Recursive Stylesheet is a (currently theoretical) CSS preprocessing language that attempts to be intuitive to those who already know CSS3.
