Adds export/import support for shareable collection manifests.

Includes:

Export collection manifests to file
Copy compressed share links
Import manifests from file or copied link
Resolve GitHub and ModHub sources
Report downloadable, manual, and missing mods
Highlight missing/manual entries
Install selected downloadable manifest mods into a chosen collection
Add manifest install entries to collection history
