Implements the v2.6 visual-overhaul foundation: original flagship environments, Relay and Vector actor materials, Epoch traversal and fauna, shared theme/backdrop modules, reduced-motion-safe feedback, raw-frame Playwright coverage, and the first Tier 2 Breaker material pass. Production output remains below the strict 1.95 MB ceiling; lint, 362 Vitest tests, and focused Playwright gates pass.
